The "Sumpter Inn" is available as a whole Inn rental with a 2 night minimum stay.  This 6 Bedroom 3 bath house sleeps 14.  The main floor has a huge kitchen with plenty of counter space, large dinning room, fireplace and plenty of seating for the entire group.  Upstairs along with the 6 bedrooms and 3 baths you'll find a great sitting room complete with Microwave, mini-fridge icemaker and TV.  The main living areas are well suited to meetings or workshops in a relaxed, elegant setting.   WiFi access lets everyone stay in touch with family or customers while enjoying a few days of rest and relaxation or team building.

Renting the whole inn gives your group more freedom to use the facility, your way, whether it’s sitting around the evening fire pit, grilling on the large outdoor BBQ or preparing a meal in the kitchen.  Starting at just $350/night* even a private family getaway is very affordable.  Breakfast is not provided during your whole house stay.  Please contact us for availability and reservations.

Our house and cabin rentals have a 2-night minimum and a $75 cleaning fee.  

*  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation.  The balance as well as the required 8.8% hotel tax is collected at check in.
